How often do I need to do endermology to achieve visible and noticeable changes?
We recommend 2 treatments per week for 5 weeks and then slowly “tapering off”. But what we really recommend to you and where studies and surveys come up with incredibly great results is:
Take these 2 treatment days per week as an opportunity to
- two fasting days, e.g. no more food from 18:00 onwards
- two purification days, e.g. drink significantly more than usual
- two FDH (eat only half) days, e.g. the conscious renunciation of something that you don`t need
- introduce two days of sport, even if it’s just a walk that you haven’t done before.

How does LPG medical endermology work?
As you can see in the picture, you are wearing a suit to protect your intimacy and to protect your skin.

The “handpiece” gently sucks and rolls your skin, depending on the texture of your tissue and your treatment preference.
- If you want to reduce fat, for example, the effect reaches deep into the cells of the fatty tissue to activate the cell metabolism, reduce the size of the fat cells and eliminate them.
If you want your cellulite to be smoother and the skin to be firmer, the so-called fibroblasts are activated to strengthen elastin fibres. In addition, new collagen is produced. Look at figure 1. In the picture you can see very nicely how the tissue layers are addressed. And it all works so well because the lymphatic circulation is stimulated with every treatment. Toxins that are deposited in the organism can thus be excreted optimally.

Do treatments such as fat reduction, reduction of body measurements, stretch mark reduction, skin tightening, cellulite treatments or lymphatic drainage cause pain?
Depending on the part of the body, it may be that we lower the intensity because your fasciae are so stuck together that it is uncomfortable. Anything that hurts prevents a successful treatment.
